Chicago’s Chance The Rapper continues to put his best foot forward as he has created a new business endeavor with ride-share company Lyft.
The company announced Tuesday that passengers can now round up their fair to the next dollar to make a difference in the community.
The difference will be donated to Chance the Rappers fund to support Chicago Public Schools.
The new Chance Arts and Literature fund, is devoted to creating and expanding arts and education programs in Chicago Public Schools.
This program is the first program Lyft has supported through the ’round up and donate’ feature.
Lyft will automatically round up each fare for passengers who opt in through their ‘settings’ in the Lyft tab on the app and choose their charity.
