Tonight the Hawks got off to a quick 18-9 start against the Sacramento Kings before the Kings called timeout. Sacramento quickly scored out of the time out, but Hawks guard Jeff Teague had an answer for that. Teague had a lob to Al Horford who threw it down for a nice two hand jam. The Kings clawed their way back in the first quarter but could not contain a blazing hot Kyle Korver. Hawks got big play off of the bench early from Kent Bazemore and Dennis Schroder.
Coming into the 2nd half, the Kings trailed the Hawks by 20. The Kings were no match for the Hawks as Sacramento came back scrapping for loose balls and things even got a little chippy between the two ball clubs.
Hawks broke the 100 point mark in the 3rd quarter, off of a Jeff Teague 3 pointer. That 3 pointer from Teague matched the Hawks season high of 16 made 3 pointers. The Hawks went on to knock off the Kings 130-105 in Phillips Arena.
