LeBron James Sounds Off On Twitter About Isaiah Thomas Trade
Photo: Slam Online
LerBron James who is no stranger to having his jersey burned by his once beloved fans is letting loose on social media and he isn’t concerned about who may feel what type of way about his tweets. Earlier this week King James weighed in on Celtics fans burning Isaiah Thomas jersey following the announcement that he had been traded to Cleveland in exchange for Kyrie Irving.
King James felt the need to speak on the issue also mentioning Gordon Hayward’s jersey being burned by Utah Jazz fans earlier this summer after Hayward announced he would be taking his talents to Boston.
But……..do you think it was right for LeBron to point out the hypocrisy of fans on social media? I mean geesh the guy did have his jersey burned in 2010 when he left Cleveland and in 2014 when he parted ways with Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat; (which by the way we didn’t see DWade Jersey’s being burned).
In all fairness I would say LeBron did the right thing by stepping up for his new teammate! Isaiah Thomas was the reason the C’s reached the Eastern Conference Finals in the first place.
