Hall Of Fame Home run slugger Hank Aaron knows a thing or two about being persistent and he’s stepping up to the plate to let his voice be heard.

Aaron, who recorded 23 seasons of baseball weighed in on the current Colin Kaepernick situation during a recent TV One Interview with Rolin Martin. Aaron believes that Kaepernick is still one of the top quarterbacks in the league and deserves an opportunity to get another shot in the NFL with a team.

The former San Francisco 49ers QB continues to be passed over for jobs despite the success he has had in recent years.

During the interview Aaron weighs in saying that he believes NFL owners are in fact the ones that are keeping Kaepernick out the league, and even cites the Baltimore Ravens for that.

This comes on the heels of being reported that the Ravens were interesting in giving Kap a chance but ultimately went in another direction despite John Harbaugh and general manager Ozzie Newsome not seeing an issue with adding Kap as a backup for Flacco.
