DeMar DeRozan’s Scoring Streak Comes To An End In Win Over Hawks
Toronto Raptors Guard DeMar DeRozan saw his scoring streak come to an end in the 112-78 win over the Atlanta Hawks.
DeRozan had gone 113 straight games scoring in double-figures for the Raptors before Saturday nights game.
DeRozan finished with 2 points on Saturday night bringing the streak to an end.
Current teammate Kyle Lowry holds the record for 114 games, which by the way he was very aware of and made note of it in the locker room following the win.
On the opposite side of the ball the Atlanta Hawks only saw three players score in double-figures while Toronto had 7 players score in double-figures. Every active player for the Raptors scored at least 2 points during Saturday’s contest.
The Hawks trailed by as many as 45 points, and a large part of the deficit game in the second quarter when they were out scored by the Raptors 39-14.
The Atlanta Hawks will have a few days off to get things right as they get ready to take on LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers Thursday, November 30, 2017 inside of Phillips Arena
