Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers had a little fun on social media this week trolling President Trump with his social media post.
Earlier today Rodgers took to his social media to address those who have been bashing players for taking a knee for the National Anthem. Rodgers stated that he’s seen ‘a lot of hatred’ on social media since the Packers locked arms on Sunday.
This post comes after Rodgers call to action as he asked fans to lock arms this Sunday during the National Anthem.
The recent NFL draw back has been in response to President Trumps comments during a recent Alabama rally where he called players who kneeled during the anthem ‘Sons Of B*****s’.
Since the protest began players around the league have provided various reasons on why they chose to lock arms, kneel and even in some cases stay in the locker room during the national anthem and none of them by the way had anything to do with the anthem, disrespecting America or the military.
